....Apple Cinnamon Cheesecake

Booyah!Blog readers,how are you?Long time no update you must be asking.Yea,had a headache week and lots of thing happen last week.So a little busy and even the following 3weeks,I should say following 1 whole month,I won't be able to update my blog as I have to study and sit for my mid-term exam.Gosh,stress!

Well,to release a little stress,today I went over to Ivy's house to bake cheesecake.To tell you the truth,this was the 1st time me actually bake a cake,same as Ivy.We don't even have anyone EXPERIENCE to guide us,just a piece of paper full of instructions.Thanks to someone called Diana.Haha.We follow her recipe.So here goes...

Woke up early morning to buy some fresh apples and some ingredients that we needed.Back in Ivy's house....that's where all it started....haha....

Before it started.Look at the table.Full of stuff!

I did the weighing part while Ivy did the cracking part for the crust.
When we were half way doing our parts,suddenly Ivy shouted:"Oh shit!Its Salts instead of Sugar!" I laugh out loud man!Luckily thing was she didn't put the salts into the mixer bowl.Phew~

And WALaA....

Ivy was laughing at something....let me tell u what it is...

Aunty was there,but she didn't help us at all.Just sit down eating 'tau fu fah' and telling us some stories and all.She ask me about my family and then she mention the Wongs.She ask whether Alwin got girlfriend or not,and I was like "I don't know!"
Then,she ask me what do I think of Dansen.She said:" I tell you ah,Dansen's a very good boy you know,you should consider him being your boyfriend.Not bad what,your 17 and his 19.Ngam ngam!" HAHAHA...I was like "awkward and funny"...Ivy didn't help me say something at all,just laugh laugh laugh.Dirt!
Aunty then ask me again:"Jinyin,so you prefer Alwin or Dansen?I actually prefer you with Dansen,he suits you!" Hahahaaha! Aunty didn't know I was with him though.So yea....BUT I didn't know Aunty so open minded leh~ Cool!!....

Haha...Is just one lil kisses chocolate and it brighten up the cake!

It looks like a real cake though but don't know how it taste like....It might be a little too sweet as we put too much apple juice.Hahaa...OOPS!!!......

Dear Crystal Clear blog readers,

thanks for taking the time to read my blog once again.
Been through a busy week last whole week. Only now I had the time to update.Sorry about the delay.I guess talking about delay,do reminds me of Mandy.Oh no,I'm missing her so much already!!

Dedicate this post to Amanda Tham Shin-Yi,WE WILL MISS YOU SO SO MUCH!!!

We had a little farewell party for her on Friday,suppose to be a WELL PLAN surprise party but unfortunately DIBOCORKAN by KaiJen.Well,he didn't intent to la,so we forgive him.Instead,he made up a backup plan so in the end it turn out QUITE well. *Just to make this clear,don't ever let guys plan a surprise party,or else.....*
We even plan to surprise Mandy at the airport,we got there about 7pm,when everything goes well.This time Pastor was the one who BOCORKAN the surprise.He called her and apologize to her that he cant make it to the airport with US and he told her it was a secret.... @.@ .... She surprise us instead,so once again surprise failed.Luckily thing was,her flight had been delayed from 10pm to 12am.So we get to spent a little bit more time with her in Mc Donald.Haha.

We sat together and talk for a long while.Wuu,I manage to finish the scrapbook with the help of Dan and others.Thankyou!Here's a Sneak Peak of the scrapbook handmade by me and the others.

Some of the pages,I kinda did it in Wykit's car.Haha.When she was sitting and flipping it with all of us around her making the "AwW..." sound,tears drop from her eyes.She was so touch looking at the pictures taken past years and recent year.All of us gave her a little message one by one.When it was my turn to say something,I couldn't and yet tears drop from my eyes too.I just gave her hug.She said its more than enough.Tears non stop dropping from her eyes.She said that she will miss us a lot and that she love us all.Those thing we've done for her before she leave she will never forget and will always treasure it.

Though it sad to see her leave to Australia for further studies,but deep down in our heart,we wish her all the best.Not just a scrapbook from us but she got a farewell present too.Take a look!

Happy 17th Birthday

Yea,I'm actually officially 17 year old now.....Guess,time flies huh?!
As all my friends said : "JinYin!!!You can officially get your license and drive us around!!!"...I guess so!Haha!

Well,today I had a wonderful birthday DESPITES the disaster that KaiJen did which almost made my day gone!We were actually planing a surprise farewell party for Mandy,but unfortunately the surprise DIBOCORKAN by Kaijen.He message everyone about the surprise party and ask them to keep it as a secret but he didn't realise that Mandy actually receive the message as well.Worst thing was,John and I were in the car and she show the message to us.OMG.My mood was like,I don't want to celebrate my birthday anymore!But overall,I did enjoy myself...Here goes.....

Celebrated with Dan before going out with Mandy and John.Dan can't join us for dinner as he had to take a test on Friday,so we celebrated earlier at Swensens....

After that,I went out to Bangsar with Mandy and John.We went round and round all over the Bangsar to choose a suitable restaurant to celebrate my birthday.We walk along the 'Heritage Street' for about a few minutes and it was raining.We squeeze in John's one and only umbrella which 'ahem ahem' ...Scroll down and take a look at the pictures and you will know what I'm trying to say...

First UP, we have SaFFron Mediterranean Cuisine
Decided not to eat Mediterranean cuisine cause thought of eating something special

Next,we have Fine Vietnamese Cuisine
Didn't wanted it because as we know,Thai food we can always eat anywhere

Here,we have VinCenzo Italian's Cuisines
Realize that its just something like Italianese,too common!

Moving on we have FuKuYa
Japanese food,not what we wanted to eat at that time
so.....NEXT.....

French Cuisine
Decided to eat here,our final choice!

BUT sad thing was......
